Public function of the Epee Engine Class

Description:
Returns the total number of RenderList the epee engine is keeping track of
This number is increased by CreateRenderList or InsertRenderList


Arguments:
None

Return Value:
Returns the total number of RenderList the epee engine is keeping track of
